Throughout the month of October, Amen Sardar Malik’s amazing artwork will be on display in the lobby of the North Riverside Mall Theatre.  The theatre will feature one or multiple artists for most of the months during 2012.  See a movie and check out some talented local artists.

Malik has been a practicing artist for nine years and focuses on oil paintings and prints.  The pieces featured this month will include a series of oil paintings called "Whispering Petals" in which Malik highlights the fragile and pure quality of flower petals.  There will also be a set of prints on display, which follows the theme of identity.
