The McAninch Arts Center will undergo a renovation this winter, so the Tivoli Theatre will be hosting multiple shows from their SchoolStage performances. The second show will be The Story of Rosa Parks.

Walk On: The Story of Rosa Parks weaves together music and drama, brining to life the story of Rosa from her childhood in rural Alabama to her famous decision to “sit down and be counted.” The play paints a portrait of a complex woman who had to find reconciliation within herself in order to become an effective Civil Rights leader. Exciting and inspirational, Walk On shows how the determination of one individual can make a difference. 60 minutes.
