Woodstock International Film Festival presents The Hunt

Shows at 4:30 & 7:00 p.m.

The Woodstock Theatre presents the 12th Annual Woodstock International Film Festival, featuring five Academy Award Nominated Best Foreign Films.  The series kicks off with The Hunt on Friday, September 19 at 4:30 & 7:00 p.m. 

Lucas is a Kindergarten teacher who takes great care of his students. Unfortunately for him, young Klara has a run-away imagination and concocts a lie about her teacher. Before Lucas is even able to understand the consequences, he has become the outcast of the town. The hunt is on to prove his innocence before it's taken from him for good.

Join us for a film discussion with at La Petite Creperie on the Square after the 7:00 p.m. show of The Hunt. Victor Aronovich works for Prime Time Productions.  Victor has more than 25 years of creating award-winning media, former writer, producer and director at ABC-TV, a 4-time Emmy Award winner and currently film professor at DePaul University.

This series runs through Tuesday, September 23 and will also feature 20 Feet from Stardom, The Great Beauty, Omar and The Missing Picture.  Tickets for all five films may be purchased in advance for $30. Single tickets for each feature are $7.50.
