I also authorize, whether listed or not, any person, court, school, current employer, past employer or organization to provide relevant information and opinions that may be useful in making a hiring or later a continue to employ decision. I release such persons and organizations, as well as Tivoli Enterprises, Inc., and any of its parent(s), subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, and attorneys from any legal liability in making such statements.
