What is Classic Rewards program?


Classic Rewards is a FREE rewards program where you can earn points by purchasing tickets, concessions and gift cards. Points then can be used to get FREE concessions and movie tickets without restrictions. As an added bonus, members will receive special offers, coupons, discounts and weekly schedules of movies with showtimes for their favorite Classic Cinemas theatre(s). How do I get my Temp ID?


On our website is a link to sign up for Classic Rewards. Once you have submitted all of the required information, your temp id email will be sent to you. If you do not receive your temp id email, please contact crewards@classiccinemas.com

 


How do I get a Classic Rewards card?


On our website is a link to sign up for Classic Rewards. Once you have submitted all of the required information, an email will be sent to you with a temporary id number. Print this email or write down the temporary id number and bring it to any Classic Cinemas Theatre. Present the email or temporary id at our box office or a concession staff member and they will activate a permanent card for you.

 


How many points do I need to get something?


You can use your points for anything that you want, Free Tickets without restrictions, Free Concessions, or what about A Free Night at the Movies. (Examples: 300 points = Twizzler, 550 points = Small Popcorn, 600 points = $6.00 movie ticket, 850 points = $8.50 movie ticket) But there is no need to worry about how many points you have as our staff members will let you know when you have enough points to pay for your transaction. (Point values are as of 5/17/2018 and are subject to change at any time.)

 


Can I sign up for Classic Rewards without an email address?


Unfortunately, at this time, you need to have an email address in order to sign up for Classic Rewards. Each subscriber needs to have a different email address so that we can find their information if we need to. You can use Yahoo or Google to sign up for free email accounts.

 


What happens if I lose my Classic Rewards card?


The next time you are at a Classic Cinemas Theatre, just ask for a manager.  They will be able to get you a new card.  The points that were on the card you lost will be transferred to the replacement card.

 


Where can I check how many points I have?


You can check your points on-line, by using the Join Classic Rewards link, or ask any staff member at the theatre, or you will find your point total on your ticket stubs and receipts. But there is no need to worry about how many points you have, as our staff members will let you know when you have enough points to pay for your transaction.

 


Can I sign up more than one person with the same email address?


Unfortunately, each subscriber needs to have a different email address, so that we can keep track of their account. You can use Yahoo or Google to sign up for free email accounts.
